WP Newspaper Plugin 1.3

This release fixed the following bug:

• On the management page, the list of articles could not be displayed on IE.

How to upgrade from 1.2 to 1.3

1. Deactivate Newspaper plugin, and switch to the default theme.
2. Replace wp-content/plugins/newspaper with the new one.
