WP Newspaper Plugin 1.2 and Theme 1.2

This release improves the following features:

• The plugin and theme are widgetized.
• On the management page, newspapers and articles are listed with a pager.

How to upgrade from 1.1 to 1.2

1. Deactivate Newspaper plugin, and switch to the default theme.
2. Replace wp-content/plugins/newspaper and wp-content/themes/nptheme-type* with the new ones.
3. Activate Newspaper plugin, and switch to Newspaper theme.
